DREAM CREATE INSPIRE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Erin-Beth Carter

Mrs. EB loves working with kids so much that she started a school in 2019 called Acton Academy Lake Charles.  Right away, she saw the opportunity to bring a Children's Business Fair to SWLA to give all kiddos the chance to become business owners for a day.

She and her two daughters love to read, hike and have dance parties together. You can find Mrs. EB running around the fair checking on KIDpreneurs and visiting with shoppers.

Garrett Carter

Mr. Garrett is a Commercial Real Estate Project Manager by day for Hankins Development, and a super, cool dad by night.  He is the numbers and security guy for Acton Academy Lake Charles supporting his wife's endeavor.

On the weekends, you can find him tinkering and fixing things for his many grateful family members or working on building projects with his two daughters.

Meghan Abraham

With a passion for health, Mrs. Meghan, mom of 3 boys, birthed FreshFuel, an online meal planning group community in 2016.  Soon after she added Focused Coaching, a one-on-one service for helping others who are struggling with thyroid disease.

Most recently, she and her husband launched FreshFuel Meal Prep, cooking meals for locals with a strong desire to eat yummy, whole foods.

Sarah Lowry

Sarah is a wife and mom of two with a desire to help anywhere she can. With a get-it-done attitude, she can tackle any task from brainstorming and organizing to manual labor. She's our go-to gal!

Kidpreneurs will be hearing from Mrs. Sarah the most, as she is our master communicator. Mrs. Sarah currently serves as the president of DCI Board.

Mike Beer

Mr. Mike, dad and husband, has served on several SWLA non-profit boards over the years. After being a judge for the ACBF two years in a row, he wanted to join the team in making it bigger and better than ever.

If you need to connect with someone, Mr. Mike is your guy! He currently serves as the CEO of the Calcasieu Area Council/Boy Scouts of America.

Matt Guillory

Mr. Matt, dad of 3, saw an opportunity very young to start his own business. His wheels began turning as he watched mentors master their craft of buying and selling.

Mr. Matt now runs one of the most successful used appliance's businesses in SWLA, Matt's Used Appliances.

Mr. Matt is always smiling and willing to lend a hand whenever the need arises!

Summer Boudreaux

Mrs. Summer is a MOMpreneur who's crafty, cooks, and loves to dance. She is a licensed realtor for Castle Real Estate, Inc. and has a knack for art and photgraphy.

You can find her making us laugh at meetings and events with her larger than life personality. In the past, she has volunteered her time as a judge at the Children's Business Fairs.
